Gentlemen security leaders and security cells in all the cities of Libya, especially the east Libyan :
The US plan, backed by the Pentagon in Libya, to remove the rebels and Islamists from the political scene  :

1 - work to keep ordinary people away until they return to the seats of spectators.
2 - The crises must be exacerbated everywhere, especially with regard to the daily needs of citizens.
3 - Work on the closure of hospitals and medical centers and create problems in them.
4 - work on the disappearance of police completely and the dissemination of theft , assaults and bullying.
5 - Work to delay the payment of salaries of employees.
6 - planting sedition and fighting between tribes and cities.
7. The introduction of drugs in large quantities.
8 - Open official and informal borders, and blindness to smuggling operations.
9 - Support the military security group of the former regime to be assigned to carry out bombings and assassinations.
10 - support the Supreme Council of the province of Berqa by arms , money and men,
 "supporters of federalism"
11 - Always contact the rebels and create problems between them and the police &  the army.
12 - accusing the rebels and Islamists of kidnapping and assassinations.
13. Shutting down oil ports and supply lines.
14 - Fabricating documents, photographs  proving that the revolutionaries are traitors and agents of foreign countries such as Qatar and Turkey
15 - Hit the rebel unit and differentiate between them using money and political positions.
16. Organized campaign in the media to intimidate people on a daily basis.
17 - neglect of the cleanliness of cities for a long time with continuous cuts of electricity and water to the cities.
18 - Distorting any character with Islamic characteristics reaches to power in the elections even if imposed to assassinate him.
19- Supporting civil society organizations with money to get people out against the armed battalions and then shoot them, to cause strife and hatred against these battalions.
