Most of the elements belonging to the Gaddafi Brigades involved in this crime have been released or smuggled from prison without any trials or justice.
Because of the delay in the birth of the state and the judicial system in Libya
Or because of the lack of experience and competence of the security forces belonging to the Libyan rebels
No cases of waiver of rights or amnesty were recorded by the victims' families
The families of the victims are still looking for the perpetrators and want to achieve long-awaited justice.
