95% Libya's financial losses since 2011 were caused by Libyans them selves :-


30% of that percentage are counterfeit appointments in embassies abroad

30% destruction of facilities and smuggling abroad, the file of the wounded fighters , smuggling of fuel and commodities abroad

40% corruption of the Central Bank " CBL" tripoli and baida eastern
