The terms of the agreement with the Misratah Affected Committee have not been complied with
Returning randomly and unorganized is an incorrect way and can not keep the security and peaceful people of Tawergha
There are 18 points in the agreement between the Misratah Victims Committee and the Tawergha Affected Persons Committee. These points were not respected by the parties mobilizing for the idea of ​​the return of Tawergha
