The way to address the problem of illegal immigration

Thread is unfortunate and sad that the countries that claim to support Libya and help them to establish a democratic and liberal economic system and make the principles of justice and human rights are the same countries that stand by now.
Especially with regard to the issue of illegal immigration from Libya as a transit area to Europe.
We heard about the Western and European ideas talk about the resettlement of immigrants from different nationalities within Libyan territory.
This is not a solution to the problem, as it is an escape from carrying humanitarian and political responsibility.

The security and political situation in Libya is very fragile because of the lack of the real support since the beginning in 2011, and the current economy barely allows for current living population.
In addition, it addresses the issue of immigrants begins from the south of Libya and its border with African countries, which need to be international monitoring.
The health status and disease control in Libya needs a serious stand by the world and this does not allow the presence of immigrants and resettled which will increase the suffering of the population from epidemics and infectious diseases.
There are other threats that may result from allowing the passage and resettlement of migrants in Libya, such as the spread of terrorism ,  smuggling gangs ,  arms trade and drugs.
This also threatens the security of Libya's neighboring countries, whether European or Arab countries.
Must re-examine the ideas that will stop the transfer of detainees to Libya of migrants program.

Countries neighboring Libya, such as Sudan, Chad, Niger, Algeria, Egypt assigned to deal with the biggest role in the fight against the infiltration of migrants to Libya, because their security posture and the military could be better than it is in Libya, the European Union must meet with these countries and paid to work in practical terms to combat the infiltration of immigrants.
