The high price of living is linked to corruption in banks

By virtue of that I worked in the field of issuing the tickets and pay for them in hard currency
I have noticed that most of the currency conversion from inside Libya to the outside done by the Payment Card from offices are already owned to senior staff at the banks, including the Central Bank of Libya
They are primarily responsible for the rise in of dollar exchange rate in the parallel market
Because of exchange operations in the banks at the official rate suspended for a long time, as well as the operations of the currency converter parked outside, and this gave the opportunity to the opportunism of these officials to satisfy their greed and encouraged them to play and prices
